Make your booking request early.  The earlier you get in your request, the more time we have to plan.  We would like to have a 4-6 weeks notice before the performance.

Give us all the requested information.  When submitting a request on-line be sure to leave all the requested information.  It will help us to handle your inquiry promptly.

All requests are handled on a first come first served basis.  This means the first group to request a performance is the first group we will contact. 

Have an alternative date.  Have one or two alternative dates for your requested performance in mind in case your first choice is unable to be met.

Schedule your meeting in a large place.  Bigger spaces result in a more enjoyable experience for your group.  We prefer at least a thirty by thirty foot space to perform in.  We will need a room for changing.  Bathrooms are not big enough and are usually in use by members of your group.

Be cautious of outdoor areas.  While outdoor settings can provide a nice atmosphere, keep in mind that rain and cold temperatures can cancel a performance.  Darkness will decrease what your group is able to see of our performance.

The team does appreciate any type of donation to cover travel costs and to cover the cost of each dancer's expensive outfit  (example: $100, etc.).  Our team is from all corners of the Ohio Valley, so travel time may be as great as three hours round trip.
